Vision

Stratton promises to provide a school culture that is safe, welcoming, and supportive.  We are Stratton Strong with Endless "PAWS"abilities.

Stratton Elementary is dedicated to:

Mission Statement

To encourage, empower, and educate students to become responsible members of the community while striving for excellence in academics, attendance and behavior. 


The Stratton Family includes parents and community working together for student success.  Below are the lists of Stratton parent and community stakeholders.

Goals

·       Math/ By June 1, 2025, Stratton Elementary students in grades k-5 will show a 10% growth in math proficiency based on iReady Diagnostic data.

·       Reading/ By June 1, 2025, Stratton Elementary students in grades K-5 will show a 10% growth in ELA proficiency based on iReady Diagnostic data.

·       Student Attendance/ By June 1, 2025, Stratton Elementary will decrease chronic absences from 23.86% to 20% (-3.86%) based on WVEIS data.

·       Safety/Behavior/ By June 1, 2025, Stratton Elementary students will decrease incidences of negative school safety referrals by 2% based on WVEIS data.

·       Parent/Family Engagement/ By June 1, 2025, Stratton Elementary will increase the percentage of parents attending parent/family engagement events by 10%.
