Prescription Medication" Students cannot transport any medication to school.

Parents must obtain a medical form completed by the doctor and submit the form and medication to the office. The medicine must be in the original container and carry a prescription label with the student’s name, drug identity, dosage instructions, doctor’s name and prescription date. All medication must be stored and administered by school personnel.

Over the Counter Medication is not allowed without a doctor’s orders. This must also be stored and administered by school personnel.
